first blog anniversary and giveaway...

Well I can't believe it has been a year since I started this blog. It has been a less productive one than usual dotted with injuries and illnesses with lots of work and not enough creative time... BUT on a happier note, I've made some great friendships, learned lots and "met" some truly inspiring artists in the process. My goal in the coming year is to learn more, make more and post more. To celebrate my blog's anniversary, I'd like to offer a giveaway. The first part is the book "Make it Sew Modern" by the talented Vanessa Christenson and the second is a whack of fabric from Moda.

I will mail the book, one pristine fat quarter bundle of 40 fabrics...

and 2 matching jellyrolls...

ANYWHERE in the world. You must be a follower and tell me what you'd like to make with these goodies... Will draw the winner on April 19th. Good luck and thank you for making my entry into the blogosphere so enjoyable. I appreciate each and everyone of you!

  10. Stalking quilting blogs is my new pastime; I'm building courage to attempt my first quilt and without all the knowledge you bloggers share, I'd be hopelessly lost and would never even think to attempt it. Thank you for all you share and for the giveaway too...this fabric would be the makings of my very first quilt.
